High-precision injection molding

High-precision injection molding of the enclosure for the power supply unit. The plastic enclosure ensures driver isolation and protection from damage.

Requirements:

Inside the enclosure, fasteners must be envisaged for secure fixation of the power supply unit. On the outside, the enclosure must have protruding guide grooves for insertion into the casing of the lighting device. The enclosure must have sufficient stiffness to ensure protection of the internal power supply unit from mechanical damage and deformation.

Difficulties:

The external grooves must be made with high precision to match the mating slots of the lighting device. Otherwise, the power supply unit either will not enter, or will fall out.
